Role Purpose
As the Credit Control Administrator at PayJustNow, your primary responsibility is to manage the end-to-end receivables process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts. You will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow, minimising credit risk, and supporting the finance team with reporting and compliance.

Core Responsibilities

Invoicing & Collections
  • Generate and issue accurate customer invoices in line with contractual terms.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve billing queries and disputes.

Account Reconciliation
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate debtor records.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts and payment allocations.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare debtor ageing reports and cash collection forecasts.
  • Support month-end close processes and audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external regulations.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline receivables processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance billing accuracy and customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of AR policies and procedures.

  • Debtor days and overdue account ratios
  • Accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and reconciliations
  • Cash collection performance against targets
  • Resolution time for billing disputes
  • Compliance with financial controls and audit standards
